ABOUT ENGAGE NCW
Experience that connects strategy with people.
Engage NCW was founded by Teka Sellers after more than 15 years working in communications, public involvement, and customer experience for a public utility in North Central Washington.
That experience shaped a practical approach to complex projects: understand the decision, bring the right people into the process, communicate clearly, and stay involved through implementation.
EXPERIENCE & PERSPECTIVE
Built from experience on both sides of the work.

Before founding Engage NCW, Teka spent more than 15 years working within a public utility, leading communications, public involvement, stakeholder engagement, and organizational initiatives tied to complex projects and decisions.
That experience provided a practical understanding of what it takes to move work forward—from navigating internal processes and competing priorities to working with customers, property owners, community members, agencies, contractors, and project teams.
Today, Teka brings that perspective to clients throughout North Central Washington and beyond—providing experienced support that connects strategy with practical implementation.
